About Bill
As a former Marine, I built my real estate career on the same principles that guided me in service: discipline, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done right.
Originally from South Jersey, I began my real estate journey in 2001 as a licensed Realtor in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, later adding a New Jersey Title Producer license. In 2004, I expanded my expertise by becoming a licensed real estate appraiser in New Jersey and Delaware — a foundation that continues to shape my analytical approach to property valuation today.
In 2010, I relocated to Mount Pleasant, where I upgraded my credentials to become a Certified Residential Appraiser. Shortly after arriving, I served as the sole residential appraiser for the entire downtown Charleston peninsula with the Charleston Assessor’s Office. After two and a half years, I returned to private practice as the owner and appraiser of Riverview Appraisals, providing valuation services trusted by banks, underwriters, and homeowners across the Lowcountry.
This rare combination of dual licensing, decades of valuation experience, and deep market knowledge gives my clients a powerful advantage. I understand homes not just as a Realtor, but as an appraiser — ensuring every buyer and seller benefits from accurate pricing, strategic guidance, and a truly informed perspective.
Outside of work, I’m a proud father of six and enjoy spending time with my wife and children. In my spare time, you’ll find me traveling, golfing, or out on a motorcycle ride exploring the Lowcountry.
